Refund and Returns Policy

At TuneMaster, we’re committed to your satisfaction and to making your learning journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. We understand that sometimes, what you receive might not be what you expected, so we’ve made our refund and return process as simple as follows:

Digital Products (Video Lessons, Sheet Music, Tutorial E-Books, Practice Tracks):

  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not typically offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent access or proper use, or if the content does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a review. Eligibility for refunds in such cases will be determined at our discretion.
  • Exchanges: While we cannot exchange one digital product for another, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues or providing additional resources to aid your learning.

Live Workshops:

  • Cancellations: If you’re unable to attend a live workshop you’ve signed up for, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop’s scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be eligible for refunds due to the preparatory costs involved.
  • Missed Workshops: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed workshops. However, where possible, we will provide you with access to a recording of the workshop for a limited time.

Subscription Services:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription services already accessed or for any unused portion of the billing cycle after cancellation.

General Policy:

  • To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed reason for the request.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at our discretion and to refuse any refund that does not meet our policy criteria.
